Arriving at Newark Liberty International Airport, NJ (RECOMMENDED)
The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) is located in Ewing, New Jersey. The Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), is the most recommended mode of arrival:
- The most economical and easiest way to arrive at the Trenton Transit Center via the train from the EWR airport, which should be around $20, one-way.
- If you have several suitcases, you may want to make an online reservation for the shuttle called the Olympic Airporter, and ask them to transport you to the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Princeton, NJ on the day of your arrival. The shuttle ride is approximately one hour and twenty minutes and should cost under $40.00, not including tip.

Arriving at Philadelphia International Airport, PA (NOT recommended)
The Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania is an international airport within an hour of The College of New Jersey. However, unlike the Newark airport, there is no shuttle service from the Philadelphia Airport. Taxis and rental cars are expensive. The train is the only public transportation, and it takes two different trains to get to the nearest stop in West Trenton, NJ.
- If you are arriving at Philadelphia International Airport you will need to take public transportation with SEPTA from the Philadelphia International Airport and transfer at University City or 30th St. station and Market East, in Philadelphia.
- You can then transfer to the second train that will take you to the Trenton Transit Center. The train will take approximately two hours and should cost around $15.00. For your own convenience we suggest you select the train with the fewest transfers.
